Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. tortillas (1 doz.), torn in pieces, 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat or cooked, chopped chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat in skillet.
Add onions.
Mix soup, tomatoes and milk.
Alternate tortillas.
Pour soup mixture over meat and tortillas.
Poke with knife so soup runs through meat. Bake 30 minutes at 400Β°.
Top with cheese.
Put back in oven for a few minutes for cheese to melt.
