Mexicalli Radiatore Casserole
Mexicalli Radiatore Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. radiatore macaroni, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning, 1 1/4 c. water and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook macaroni.
Saute ground beef in large skillet, drain fat. Stir in taco seasoning, water and tomato soup.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir in macaroni, olives and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
Pour into greased 2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
