Preheat oven to 400°. Brown ground beef in a large iron skillet. Drain.
Return beef to skillet and add taco seasoning mix, tomatoes and corn.
Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Egg in small mixing bowl. Add milk cornbread mix.
Stir until smooth.
Spoon cornbread batter over ground beef mixture. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
