Meringue Teasers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, beaten slightly, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, pinch salt and 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Cover cookie sheets with aluminum foil; beat egg whites in small bowl until foamy.
Gradually beat in sugar until meringue forms stiff peaks.
Add vanilla and salt.
Stir in chocolate pieces and nuts.
Drop by teaspoons onto prepared sheets.
Garnish each with chocolate chip.
