Meringue is an easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, at room temperature, 6 tbsp. sugar, pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In the large bowl of an electric mixer, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar, salt and vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form.
Pile on top of mixture in pie shell. Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
