Melting Moment Cookies
Melting Moment Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. unsifted flour, 1/2 c. argo cornstarch, 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 3/4 c. mazola margarine and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In bowl, stir together first three ingredients.
In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat margarine until smooth.
Beat in flour mixture and vanilla until well blended.
Refrigerate one hour.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place about 1 1/2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with lightly floured fork.
Bake in 350Β° oven 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
If desired, place a nut on top of each cookie before baking.
