Melted Brie
Melted Brie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 round/oval loaf french bread, 1/3 c. olive oil or melted butter, 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed and 1 to 1 1/2 lb. brie cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

With serrated knife, cut hollow into bread 1/2-inch away from sides and bottom; remove from loaf.
Cut piece which has been removed from loaf into strips, 1 to 1 1/2-inch wide strips.
Mix oil and garlic.
Brush inside of shell and bread slices.
Place cut up cheese in bread shell.
Place filled shell and slices in a single layer on a 10 x 15-inch pan.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350Β°. Remove bread slices.
Cook filled shell 10 minutes more and serve with grapes.
Serves 10 to 12 people.
