Meatballs Napoli
Meatballs Napoli is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef*, 1 c. soft margarine, 1/3 c. finely chopped onion, 1/3 c. finely chopped celery and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, celery, egg, seasoning and 3 tablespoons spaghetti sauce; mix thoroughly.
Form into 12 meatballs.
Place on greased shallow baking dish.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile blend cornstarch with broth and remaining spaghetti sauce.
Add green beans and simmer about 2 minutes.
Pour over meatballs; continue baking about 10 minutes longer.
Serve over rice.
Sprinkle with cheese.
