Meatballs
Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 large can evaporated milk, 8 slices dry bread, 1 can chicken gumbo soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine ground beef, milk and dry bread.
Form into balls. Do not brown.
Place into glass baking dish; they can be layered. Pour the soups over the top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours, covering the last 1/2 hour.
