Meat Stuffed Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 large cabbage leaves, 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 1 small clove garlic, minced and 1 can tomato soup, undiluted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook the cabbage in boiling water to cover for a few minutes until wilted.
Drain.
Mix 2 tablespoons soup with remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
Divide meat mixture evenly among cabbage leaves.
Starting at stem end, roll up and fold in edges. Pin leaves with wooden toothpicks.
Place rolls in skillet, seam side down, and pour remaining soup over them.
Cook, covered, over low heat for 40 minutes or until fork-tender. Stir now and then and spoon sauce over rolls.
