Meat Roll A La Kiev is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 500 grams beef or veal (about 1 1/3 lb.), 50 grams salt pork or bacon (about 1.76 oz.), 3 eggs, 2 to 3 cloves garlic and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Rinse a long slice of meat and pat dry.
Pound it lightly with a mallet; salt and pepper it.
Put on it slices of salt pork or bacon and hard-boiled eggs cut into quarters.
Roll meat up and dredge in flour.
