Brown meat in oil lightly.
Add onion, garlic, celery and carrots.
Continue cooking until all browned.
Add soup, cheese and seasonings.
Thin with milk if necessary.
Line dish with pie crust.
Pour mixture into crust.

Cut 3 to 4 slits in crust.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for about 30 minutes or until crust is desired shade of brown.
