Meat Loaf with Sweet and Sour Sauce
Meat Loaf With Sweet And Sour Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/4 c. vinegar, 1 tsp. prepared mustard and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a saucepan, mix tomato sauce with brown sugar, vinegar and mustard.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Combine egg, onion, crackers, meat, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce mixture.
Mix lightly but thoroughly and shape into loaf.
Put into baking dish and pour remainder of tomato sauce over mixture over it.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Note
