Meat Loaf Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large bowl, mix 1/2 cup soup, beef, onion, bread crumbs and egg.
In 12 x 8-inch baking dish, firmly shape mixture into 8 x 4-inch loaf.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Remove loaf from oven and pour off fat.
