Combine meat, salt, pepper and egg.
Mix well.
Pat out to
12-inch on wax paper.
Bread.
Combine with cheese, mushrooms and onion.
Spread mixture on meat to within 1-inch of edge.
Roll meat around stuffing.
Seal. Place seam side down and bake at 300Β° for 1 hour.
