Mix all together and put in a 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°, then put mushrooms on top of meat loaf and make mashed potatoes and layer it on top of mushrooms and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake for 30 more minutes.
