Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 3/4 c. milk, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. chopped onions and 2 tbsp. snipped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine eggs and milk. Stir in crackers, onion, parsley, salt, sage and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Add beef; mix well. Pat into a 5 1/2-cup ring; unmold in shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 50 minutes or pat mixture into 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 1/4 hours. Spoon off fat.
Combine catsup, sugar and mustard. Spread over meat. Return for 10 minutes.
