Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bread, torn in small pieces, 3/4 c. milk, 2 eggs, 2 lb. ground beef and 1/4 c. onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soak bread pieces in milk.
Add eggs; beat well.
Combine all ingredients except ground beef; mix well.
Crumble ground beef into egg mixture; mix well.
Place mixture in a loaf pan, pressing down into a loaf shape.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
