Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine meat, crumbs and eggs with 1 cup tomato sauce; reserve remaining sauce.
Mix in onion, green pepper and seasonings. Shape mixture into loaf in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Pour remaining sauce over top of loaf; continue baking 10 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
