Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 breakfast sausage, 1 medium onion, chopped fine, 1/2 c. milk and bread crumbs (enough to make mixture cling together), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place in a meat loaf pan.
It is better to use a pan that has a drain rack so meat loaf will not set in the fat.
Cover entire top with ketchup.
Place enough bacon strips to cover top.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink.
