Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, beaten, 3/4 c. milk, 1 tsp. poultry seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Set oven at 350°.
Combine first 6 ingredients; let stand 5 minutes.
Add onion and meat; mix well.
Line a loaf pan (8 x 5 x 3-inch) with bacon across the width of pan.
Pack meat mixture into pan.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from oven; invert meat loaf onto baking sheet and lift off pan.
Raise oven temperature to very hot (450°); return meat loaf to oven for 10 minutes to crisp bacon. Makes 6 servings.
