Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1 c. dry bread crumbs or crackers, 2 tsp. salt, 2 lb. ground beef and 1 lb. bulk sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine egg, milk, ketchup, onion, salt and pepper.
Add dry crumbs and let soak a few minutes.
Add sausage and beef; mix lightly.
Shape into 2 loaves on a shallow baking pan.
Ketchup can be spread on top, if desired.
Bake at 350Β° about 1 hour.
Can be frozen satisfactorily.
