Meat and Potato Pie
Meat And Potato Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1 egg and 1/2 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Set aside 1/2 can of soup.
Mix remainder of soup, ground beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper together.
Put this mixture into a 9-inch deep pie plate and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Then add mashed potatoes and shredded cheese.
Top with other half or mushroom soup.
Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
