Mazidra
Mazidra is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. lentils, 3 c. water, 1 chopped onion, 1 glove garlic, minced and 1 bay leaf, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Butter souffle dish.
Put eggs, cream, Parmesan, mustard, salt and pepper in blender or food processor.
Whirl until smooth.
Cut Cheddar and cream cheese into pieces and add.
Whirl until smooth and thick.
Pour into dish.
Bake in a 375Β° oven for 45 minutes for soft, liquidy center (delicious sauce to spoon over) or 50 minutes for a firm souffle.
I prefer the soft liquidy center.
