May To September Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pasta (any style), 6 medium fresh tomatoes, 2 tbsp. basil leaves, 2 tsp. garlic (fresh), minced and 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook pasta, drain and rinse with hot water.
Cut tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese into bite-size pieces.
Chop basil leaves.
When pasta is ready, in large bowl toss pasta, tomatoes, Mozzarella and basil.
In measuring cup, mix olive oil and garlic.
Pour over pasta and toss.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
May be served hot or cold.
