Mashed Potatoes
Mashed Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 10 medium size red potatoes, peeled and cooked, 1/2 c. butter, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. sour cream and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mash and whip potatoes.
Add butter and mix with electric mixer.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat until fluffy.
Place in buttered casserole.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
May be made several days ahead and kept in refrigerator or freezer.
