Mashed Potatoes
Mashed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium potatoes, 1 c. sour cream, 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese, 3 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook potatoes; mash and add cream, cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper and milk.
Mix well and put in 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Bake uncovered at 375Β° for 30 minutes until heated through and lightly brown on top.
You can make up a week before ready to use. Keep in refrigerator until ready to bake.
