Mary's Potato Salad
Mary'S Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed, 3 medium diced onions, 3 dill pickles, diced, 3 sweet pickles, diced and 6 boiled eggs (5 diced), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Peel, cube and cook potatoes until real tender.
While cooking, put on eggs to boil.
Dice vegetables.
Drain water off cooked ingredients.
Add onions, pickles and 5 eggs to potatoes. Then stir in mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Slice 6th egg in slices and place on top of salad.
