Mary's Potato Casserole
Mary'S Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hash browns, 1 small onion, chopped, 2 sticks margarine, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup and 16 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cover bottom of casserole dish (9 x 13 x 2-inch) with 2 pounds of hash browns.
Sprinkle with small chopped onions.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Melt 2 sticks margarine and pour over potatoes (saving some for top).
Heat and mix 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, 16 ounce sour cream and 1 (16 ounce) Cheez Whiz. Pour on potatoes.
Mix remaining margarine with 2 cups crushed corn flakes.
Spread on top of casserole.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
