Mary's Coca-Cola Cake(A.K.a. Mary's Pinnacle Turn-Around)
Mary'S Coca-Cola Cake(A.K.A. Mary'S Pinnacle Turn-Around) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, 1/2 c. oil and 1/2 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift together flour and sugar; set aside.
In a saucepan, put shortening (oil), margarine, cocoa and Cola.
Bring to a boil and heat until margarine melts.
Add marshmallows after you remove from heat; stir and pour over flour mixture.
Stir in butter, milk, soda and eggs.
Pour into a greased tube pan and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
Remove from oven and cool in pan.
(Cake may crumble slightly.)
This can be baked in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, but it will take slightly longer to bake.
