Blend dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into large rectangular pan or two 8-inch round layer pans. Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.

Sprinkle top with powdered sugar after baking or frost with light chocolate frosting.
