Mary Ann'S Cauliflower Soup(Serves 4) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cauliflower, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. margarine or butter, 2 c. milk and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Add 3 chicken bouillon cubes to 3 cups water.
Cut or break up cauliflower into flowerets.
Cook in small amount of water until tender.
Drain.
Cut up or lightly mash real fine.
Saute onions in margarine only until tender, do not brown.
Add flour and mix until well blended.
Add chicken broth, milk and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir with whisk until mixture thickens slightly.
Add cheese and cauliflower.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and keep hot until ready to serve.
