Marty's Meat Loaf
Marty'S Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 1/2 green pepper, chopped, 2 c. corn flakes and 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients together and put into a large casserole dish.
Be sure meat is patted down firmly and flat on the top. Take a spoon and move the edges of the meat away from the sides of the dish (this will allow grease to escape from meat while it is baking).
Spread ketchup or barbecue sauce on top.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 1/2 hours covered.
Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
