Marshmallow Krispie Wreaths
Marshmallow Krispie Wreaths is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 5 c. rice krispies, 1/2 lb. marshmallows (32 count) or 3 c. miniature marshmallows, 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 1/2 c. chopped candied cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt butter in 3 quart saucepan; add marshmallows and cook over low heat until melted, stirring constantly.
Add food coloring until green.
Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies, nuts and cherries.
Shape into two wreaths while still warm on greased wax paper.
Decorate with cherries (sliced in quarters like flower pedals) or colored jimmies.
Slice when serving.
