Marshmallow Jewel Pie
Marshmallow Jewel Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 baked pie crust, 20 large marshmallows, 3/4 c. milk, 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin and 2 tbsp. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine marshmallows and milk in saucepan.
Cook over low heat until marshmallows are melted, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Soften gelatin in cold water 5 minutes.
Add softened gelatin, salt and vanilla to marshmallow mixture.
Mix well.
Chill until partially set, 30 to 60 minutes.
Beat chilled marshmallow mixture with electric mixer (medium speed) until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream and fruit cocktail.
Put in crust.
