Marshmallow Icebox Loaf
Marshmallow Icebox Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. marshmallows, 1/4 c. water, 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 1/2 c. dates or raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut marshmallows in quarters and pour water over them.
Add sweetened condensed milk, chopped nutmeats and chopped dates.
Add cracker crumbs and blend.
Form into rolls or loaf about 6 inches long and 3 inches in diameter.
Place in refrigerator.
Let ripe 12 hours before serving.
Serve in slices.
May be garnished with whipped cream.
Serves 10.
