Mark'S Pasta With Zucchini is an moderately easy dinner. In large pan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add ham, pepperoncini, salt and parsley.
Saute over medium heat for a few minutes.
Add zucchini and cook until zucchini is very limp, stirring frequently.
