Marinated Veggie Salad
Marinated Veggie Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. shell macaroni, 2 c. broccoli flowerets, 1 1/2 c. cauliflower flowerets, 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms and 16 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Drain well.
In a large bowl, combine macaroni, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, ripe olives and green onions.
Toss with Italian dressing and cover. Chill several hours.
At serving time, toss vegetable mixture with avocado and tomato.
