Marinated Vegetable Salad
Marinated Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. carrots (1/4 slices), 1 c. broccoli flowerets, 1 c. cauliflower flowerets, 1 c. celery, cut in slices and 1/2 c. dressing (herb vinaigrette), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In 3-quart pan over high heat and in 1-inch of boiling water, cook carrots for 1 minute (or longer).
Add broccoli, cauliflower and celery.
Cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Drain immediately and cool vegetables under cold running water; drain.
