Marinated Pork Roast
Marinated Pork Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oil, 2 tbsp. molasses, 1 tbsp. ground ginger, 2 tsp. dry mustard and 6 garlic cloves, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine all ingredients, except pork loin, in a jar and shake well, making sure all is well blended.
Pour over pork loin and cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
Turn pork several times.
Place meat, fat side up, on rack in a greased shallow roasting pan; reserve marinade.
Roast in a 325Β° oven for about 3 hours.
Baste pork with marinade several times while roasting.
Marinade forms very dark crust on roast.
