Marinated Mushrooms
Marinated Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1/2 c. heinz wine vinegar, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine all the ingredients, except mushrooms.
Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Add 1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms.
Simmer uncovered for 3 minutes.
Transfer mushrooms and liquid to small bowl and cover.
Chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
Drain and serve.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
