Marinated Mushrooms
Marinated Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. mushrooms, rinse and pat dry, 1/2 c. heated olive oil, 2 cloves garlic (dried chips), 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. white pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook mushrooms for 3 minutes in heated olive oil, stirring constantly over medium heat.
Mix in cloves of garlic, salt, white pepper, thyme, tarragon vinegar, lemon rind, lemon juice and bay leaf.
Put in glass bowl.
Serve at room temperature. Yield
4 to 6 servings.
