Marinated Coleslaw
Marinated Coleslaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cabbage, 1 large green pepper, 3/4 c. salad oil, 1 tsp. dry mustard and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Shred cabbage into large bowl.
Shred or thinly slice onion and pepper on top of cabbage.
Sprinkle sugar to cover entire top. Do not stir!
Then bring to a boil the salad oil, vinegar and dry seasonings.
Pour over other ingredients while hot.
Do not stir! Refrigerate at least 4 hours; overnight is better.
Keeps for several days.
