Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, sliced, 1 large onion (in rings), 1 large green pepper, sliced thinly, 1 can tomato soup and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook carrots just until tender.
Drain onions and peppers. Heat soup, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together in a saucepan until mixed well.
