Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans tiny carrots, drained or may cook fresh ones, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 medium bell pepper, chopped, 1/4 c. vinegar and 1/3 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place carrots in serving dish.
In saucepan, put soup, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vegetable oil and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add onion and pepper.
Pour over carrots.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
