Marie'S Favorite Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 beef bouillon cube, 1 egg, beaten, 2/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 lb. hamburger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a bowl, dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water.
Add beaten egg, bread crumbs, dry powdered milk, onion, salt and basil. Add beef and mix well.
Pat mixture into loaf pan or shape into loaf in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
