Marian's Cream Puffs
Marian'S Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. enriched flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Melt butter in boiling water.
Add flour and salt; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
Remove from heat; cool slightly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating vigorously after each egg is added.
Drop from 2 teaspoons, 2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheet.
Cook at 450° for 15 minutes, then at 325° for 25 minutes.
When cool, cut in half.
