Marble Cheesecake
Marble Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3 eggs and 1 sq. baker chocolate, melted or 4 to 6 oz. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix crumbs, sugar and margarine.
Press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 350°.
Increase oven to 450°. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer; blend well.
Add eggs, 1 at a time.
Mix well after each egg.
Blend melted chocolate into 1 cup batter.
Pour batter into pan.
Drop chocolate batter into making 5 dropping with knife.
Make marble by cutting through batter.
