Mango Chutney
Mango Chutney is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. peeled mango, cut in small pieces, 1 pt. vinegar, 1/2 lb. currants, 1/2 lb. raisins and 1/4 lb. blanched almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

To vinegar, add sugar and bring to a boil.
Add spices, vegetables, mangoes, raisins and salt.
Bring to a boil and boil 30 minutes.
Pack while at boiling point in sterilized jars and seal.
Mangoes just beginning to turn are best selected.
