Mandarin Pork Roast

Sprinkle roast with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Spread mustard over roast.
Cover with foil tent (do not seal completely) and bake at 325° until tender, approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Drain oranges.

Add onion, pepper and oranges.
Spoon over roast and bake at 400° for 30 more minutes.
